VANILLA PREMIUM SERVICES

We provide music streaming services for professional spaces via an Internet connection. You may use Vanilla P&D Services only for professional use on the premises of the business unit you represent. You can connect to Vanilla P&D Services using any player that is supported by Vanilla P&D Services via a personal username and password. Internet access and any other equipment required to use the Vanilla P&D Services is your responsibility.

MANAGEMENT OF USE TERMS

We may modify the Terms upon notice at any time. You will be notified of any such changes by email or by posting the changes on the website. You may terminate the use of Vanilla P&D Services if the terms are modified in a way that substantially affects your rights in relation to the use of Vanilla P&D Services. Continuous use of a Service after notice of any change in the Terms will be considered as your agreement with the amended Terms.

REQUIRED USED USES

You will need to sign up for a user account to access or use Vanilla P&D Services. If you represent an organization and wish to use the Vanilla P&D Services, we recommend that you use your corporate email address.
You agree to:

a) provide your true, accurate, up-to-date and complete information, as you are called to do in the registration form and
b) maintain and update the registration information in a timely manner so that it is true, accurate, up-to-date and complete. If you provide any information that is not true, accurate, up-to-date or complete, or Vanilla Premium has reason to suspect that this information is inaccurate, true, updated or complete, Vanilla Premium reserves the right to discontinue temporarily or permanently. your account without further notice and denying you the current or future use of Vanilla P&D Services.

SPIRITUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

Vanilla P&D services are available for use exclusively (public execution) in cafes, bars, hotels, restaurants, shops and special entertainment venues. Every user who uses Vanilla Premium in their business, in order to be completely legal in the use of music and with their own exclusive responsibility, must assign copyrights to public music to the competent bodies.

CONTACT

However, you will not be able to choose not to receive service notifications and system messages.

USES & PAYMENTS

Vanilla P&D subscription services are available on a monthly, 3-month, 6-month and annual charge basis. One month is always considered the period of 30 days from the delivery of Service and they do not differ based on the current month.
Vanilla Premium provides you with full transparency in payments, as they are made via bank transfer or PayPal. Payments are made in a lump sum and are for the duration of the subscription package you have selected. No subscriptions are automatically renewed and no additional charges are incurred in addition to the pre-agreed.

CONSULTATIONS AND INCREDIBLE

All transactions are made via bank transfer or PayPal. PayPal is one of the safest, most widely accepted ways to pay for your online purchases. This allows you to use the resources either from your bank account or credit card and you can use them with confidence: Your transactions are protected by the advanced PayPal fraud prevention system. We do not store any of your credit card information in our database. Vanilla Premium is controlled by PayPal (PayPal verified).

APPLICATIONS TO USE

In addition to all the other terms and conditions of this agreement, you must not: (i) transfer or make available to any third party Vanilla P&D Services (ii) to provide any service based on Vanilla P&D Services without prior written permission. (iii) use Vanilla P&D Services for spamming and other illegal purposes.

SPAMMING AND ILLEGAL ACTIVITIES

You agree that you are solely responsible for the content of your broadcasts through the Vanilla P&D Services. You agree that you will not use the Services for illicit purposes or for the transmission of material that is illegal, defamatory, disturbing, defamatory, violating the privacy of another, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, anticipatory, disapproving. , promotes racism, contains viruses, violates or may infringe the intellectual property or rights of others.

DECISION MAKING

Vanilla Premium does not guarantee that the Services will be continuous, timely, secure or virus-free. The use of Vanilla P&D Services must be your responsibility and you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system resulting from the use of Vanilla P&D Services or the receipt of any such material.

LIMITATION OF RESPONSIBILITY

You agree that Vanilla Premium will in no way be liable for any fraudulent, incidental, indirect, specific or other loss or damage or loss of profits, cessation of business activities, computer failure, loss of business information, or other damages resulting from or caused by from the use or inability to use any of the Vanilla P&D Services, even if Vanilla Premium has been consulted on the possibility of such damages.
Your only and exclusive compensation for any disagreement with Vanilla Premium related to any of the Services will be the expiration of that Service. Under no circumstances will Vanilla Premium’s total liability to you for any service, direct or indirect, exceed the fees paid by you to that service.

TERMINATION

We may suspend your user account or temporarily disable access to all or part of any Service, in the event of any suspicions of illegal activity, extended periods of inactivity or non-payment, requests from law enforcement or other government agencies. We will also terminate your user account at your request. In addition, we reserve the right to terminate your user account and prohibit the services after reasonable belief that you have breached the Terms.
Closing a user account will include denying access to all Vanilla P&D Services, deleting data from your user account, such as your email address and password, and deleting all data in your user account.

This agreement between you or your business (hereinafter referred to as “You”) and Vanilla Radio
(hereinafter “Vanilla Premium”) governs the use of music coverage services
offered by Vanilla Premium (hereinafter “Vanilla P&D Services”).
